Useful information

To order

Ordering is very easy by placing an item in your shopping cart and then clicking on the ���Checkout��� button. You do not need to create an account. If you create an account, you can order more quickly for your next purchase. Enter the shipping and payment details and choose a payment method. After checking the order and reading the general terms and conditions, the order can be placed. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also be notified as soon as the order is shipped.

Payment, Prices & Offers

Payment is very easy and safe via iDeal, PayPal, afterwards via Afterpay and with Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard). It is also possible to choose prepayment, the order will then be shipped after receipt of your payment. The prices stated on the website are subject to change and exclude VAT and shipping costs. When it comes to offers, sell out = sell out.

Delivery

If the item is in stock and payment is made via iDEAL, PayPal or Credit Card, orders placed before 9:30 PM on working days will be delivered the next working day. If payment is made in advance, the order will be shipped as soon as we have received payment. If one of the items in an order is not in stock, the order will only be shipped when the entire order is complete. We use PostNL parcel service for delivery. The shipment can be followed via track & trace and will be offered at least twice if no one is at home.

Returns / Right of withdrawal

Business customers do not have the right to return according to the law. An exception to this is when you receive a product with damage. Report the damage by email including photos within 24 hours of receiving the order. Then fill in the Return form within 14 days. We will then process the report as soon as possible.


For other consumers:
You may return unused products in their original packaging to us. If a product is damaged, we may choose to partially refund the returned product.
You can return your ordered products within 14 days, please use the return form below.
The item must be in as original a condition as possible and undamaged. You may unpack products to assess them. But you may not use them. Do you have any doubts about using a product? Contact our internal service. They will be happy to tell you more about how the product works.
In most cases the amount will be refunded within 10 days (at the latest 30 days), the shipping costs for returning will not be refunded.

Account Information

Under ��� My account ��� the account details can be adjusted, addresses can be created and an overview of orders can be requested.

View orders

An overview of all (current) orders can be found in ��� My account ���, where the status of the order can be requested and an invoice can be printed if necessary. It is also possible to place the order again for repeat purchases.

Defective

The items are made and shipped with the best care. If something breaks within the warranty period, you can return the item and we will take care of replacement/repair. Do not just return an item, but first contact us via the contact form on this page . You will then receive an RMA form with a unique RMA number.

Complaints

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service you experienced.
However, we kindly ask you to forward your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail.
This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and/or telephone.

Our employees from the customer contact department will review the complaint
and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, of which we are affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will only use this data with your permission. We will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in processing your order.
