This universal RJ45 plug simplifies the creation of network cables by removing the wires on the front of the plug. This makes it easy to see if the wires are in the right order.
You cut the wires at the front with a cable cutter and pull the veins back a bit so that nothing protudes from the front, then put the plug in the crimping tool and pinch the connector, this is done on both sides of the cable and the cable is ready for use.
