Regular patch panels have always been equipped with so-called 24 RJ45 keystone plugs. However, this is not the case with keystone patch panels.
You could think of a keystone patch panel as the frame of a regular patch panel. The advantage of a keystone patch panel is that it can be configured entirely according to your own taste and wishes. This way you can decide for yourself which ports of the patch panel should be equipped with a keystone plug. If only a small number of cables need to be concealed, this could be very useful.
