This CAT6a keystone coupler is shielded and suitable for connecting 2 RJ45 patch cables. The connector has a snap-in function, making it suitable for mounting in for example a keystone patchpanel or keystone wall socket. Thanks to the small design, 24 pieces easily fit next to each other in a 24 port keystone patchpanel. In addition to the small design, the housing is made of zinc, which makes the article even stronger. The coupler is suitable for networks up to 10Gbit with a bandwidth of no less than 500MHz if CAT6a / CAT7 patch cables are used. Of course the item is backwards compatible with all previous CAT cables.

What is a keystone?
A keystone is a loose connection that can be placed in empty patch panels or wall sockets. Keystones are very popular because you can assemble your patch panels or wall sockets exactly as you wish. Mounting a cable on a keystone is very easy by means of LSA strips. Mounting on an LSA strip does require LSA pliers, also available at Netwerkkabel.eu. Do you want to make it even easier for yourself? We even sell toolless keystones! As the name implies, you do not need any special tools for this.
