An RJ45 connector is used to provide your internet cable with a connection so that you can use it to connect, for example, your laptop to your wall socket. An RJ45 connector is quite easy to mount on a cable using an RJ45 crimping tool. RJ45 connectors are available for all categories of network cables. At Netwerkkabel.eu we sell normal UTP and STP RJ45 connectors, toolless connectors and also the very popular push-through connectors.
What is the difference between an STP and UTP connector?
The above terms indicate whether the cable is suitable for a shielded cable or for a non-shielded cable. STP connectors must be used if you want to mount them on a shielded (S / FTP, F / UTP) network cable. UTP connectors should be used if you have an unshielded (UTP) cable.
