The Mini-GBIC (SFP) transceiver is known for its stability and broad applicability. This BiDi (Bi-directional) module enables efficient data transfer over a single single-mode fiber using WDM technology.
This specific module follows the 1000BASE-BX-D standard. It's designed to work with a BX-U module at the other end of the line. With a speed of 1.25 Gbit/s and a range of up to 20 kilometers, it's the ideal solution for cost-effective network expansion (as you need half the cabling). Naturally, the module is MSA-compliant and equipped with DDM for real-time status monitoring.
